Variable fuel surcharge is applicable, Current fuel surcharge is 30 %. If any changes, prior information will be provided.

Service Tax as applicable

If insurance coverage required 2% of the Invoice value will be charges.

Where the consignment is not insured with Quantium Solutions 0.2% of the invoice value will be charged as FOV and our liability will be limited to INR 100 or cost of reconstruction whichever is lower.

Any Octroi/Sales Tax or other government/municipal levies applicable to consignment would be on your account. 6% of such levies would be applicable as Handling charges.

All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) deliveries will be charged a COD surcharge of INR 50 or 2 % of Invoice value of whichever is higher.

We will accept consignments only for our serviceable pin codes as shared with you. We will keep you posted with our updated list of serviceable pin codes on monthly basis.

Consignments not delivered for any Non Deliverable Reasons (NDR) will be charged as per original rates.

Undelivered consignment ‘Returned to the Origin’ (RTO) will be charged as per original rates

For all Kolkata shipments FORM 50A & FORM 50B is required without which consignments will not be processed.

We are not responsible for damage of the shipment containing Fragile & Glass item in transit

COD amount will be remitted via RTGS or Cheque in 15 days after the reconciliation

Billing Cycle- Every 15 days, payment to be released within 07 days from the receipt of the Invoice.

Packages volumetric (L * W * H (in cms) / 5000) or actual weight whichever is higher will be charged. Volumetric Weight – Length x Breadth x Height in Centimeters divided by a factor of 5000 will be applied for calculating Volumetric weight of consignments which are odd-sized or bulky in girth.
